We require candidates with strong J2EE exposure on EJB, JMS, JSF, SPRING, HIBERNATE, JBOSS
We are developing speech and dialogue management products. Specific components cover speech recognition, text-to-speech and dialogue management, as well as the overall telephony framework. J2EE developers are needed to work on the framework and components with new algorithms.
We aim to give phone users access to the internet through the voice channel. The platform uses J2EE and C, C++. Additional skills are needed in 'algorithm development' coding and NLP (natural language processing). The company has been funded by experienced entrepreneurs, involved with successful technology companies in the UK and India. Our target markets are India, UK and the USA.
We are building the development team from scratch to turn our prototypes into production software which can scale up to serve millions of users. The CTO (ex Motorola and Microsoft) is in place and we are looking for engineers with a passion for product development (ideally experience of product development as well), and excellent coding skills. A strong interest in natural language processing will be a bonus.
You must be analytical, self driven and have good communication skills.
